Under 21s at Bristol Rovers
Excellent performance last night.
3-1 winners after being 1-0 down.
They moved the ball around well and played some excellent football against a solid and experienced league side.

Re: Under 21s at Bristol Rovers
Watched the U21's last night against Southampton.
After winning 6 on the bouncy they were due an average performance. Weren't as clever as usual and not so dynamic infrastructure of goal wasting to many chances to cross or shoot. Due to this lost the ball near Southamptons box and twice caught on the counter with 2 excellent goals. Due credit as they kept at it and Marshall scored a last minute equaliser and still had time to almost get a winner.
Mubama had a relatively poor game, came of 70 minutes. Didn't look interested tbh. Probably a little pissed off that he isn't getting more game time, rightly so but he should still give his all in these games. Strange as he did the previous Friday.
I actually think that against some teams Coventry and Mubama slightly hold them back a tad. They are not involved in day to day training and have to fit in accordingly. Coventry and Mubama play instead of Orford and Kouda respectively which don't weaken the team.
Lincoln will be interesting in how many actually play.
Having beaten Rovers they should be all given a chance with 3 or 4 1st team squad players featuring such as Mavropanos.

Re: Under 21s at Bristol Rovers
Read the twitter feed from Rovers fans. They were impressed. "Beaten by kids"."without two of their best players too". "Can we sign Marshall "
6 on the trott and all since Potts took over from the ineffective Mark Robson.
This lot have all moved up from the Under 18's seamlessly.
They play with three at the back but it's an attacking system.
Scarles and Chesters are quick, effective and can run all day. Not a big team but don't get bullied. They have the skill to compensate. Score lots of goals from many outlets.
Just hope Moyes realises what he has, doubt it. Ings will get more game time than this sublime bunch.

Was a great night, especially the second half performance. Not a bad turn out for an U21s away game, maybe 300 odd west ham fans there I reckon

Another two goals from Marshall who should be tied down to a decent contract or we'll lose him
